ASAP Linen has table cloths and napkins for your party. How creative can you be in decorating your party room? Please feel free to either email or call us for color and size assistance. Color dye lots vary.

Rental Procedure and Credit Policy

*Not to worry, when you are finished with the linens, simply put them back in our shipping box soiled and give it right back to your Federal Express driver. Our Free return label will be included with your order, attach the return label on top of the soiled linen box, tape the box closed and ship. Its that easy!

*All orders are required back to ASAP Linen 7 days after your event date. We aim to have your linen order at your door 2 days prior to your event date. All torn, burned, missing and damaged items will be charged for replacement costs.

We reserve the right to change credit status at any time if a customer fails to stay within agreed terms. The customer will be informed of this change.

Shipping:

Our standard shipping Flat Rate to you using Federal Express Ground. We do not ship to Post Office Boxes. All linen rentals are expected back 7 days from the event date.

At ASAP Linens, we take great pride not only in the quality of our products but also in our fast production and shipping processes. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground and are delivered Monday through Friday only. 

Orders placed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will ship the same day, provided the items are in stock. All shipments originate from our facility in New Jersey. 

Customers will receive a tracking number via email either the evening of or the morning after the order has been collected by FedEx. Please note that once your order leaves our facility, shipping schedules are entirely managed by FedEx, and we have no control over delivery timelines. 

If your event is approaching within a short window (under 10 days before the event) we cannot assume responsibility for any delays due to shipping or inventory limitations. 

We strongly recommend placing your order at least 10 – 14 days before your event date to help ensure product availability and timely delivery. Orders placed after the 14-day window carry a higher risk of shipping delays and stock shortages. 

Please note that FedEx does not operate on the following holidays, and shipments will be delayed accordingly. These dates are subject to change: 

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (4th of July)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day & the Friday After
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

We encourage all customers to plan accordingly to avoid any disruptions.
